Start with an available Baker & Baker rental. When applications are open, you will continue to our secure Buildium application experience to complete the required information and screening steps.
Applications are reviewed using the property's published rental criteria and authorized human review. Baker & Baker does not collect Social Security numbers, screening reports or other sensitive applicant financial information through ordinary website forms.
Online applications are being connected to Buildium. Available properties will display an application link once configuration is complete.
